Refund Policy — Red Warden Studios

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase of LLypses, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. This Policy is incorporated into the LLypses End User License Agreement & Terms of Service.

1. All Sales Are Final

LLypses is a digital software product. Your license and license key are delivered to you electronically and instantly, and the full functional value of the product is available to you the moment your key is delivered.

For this reason, all purchases of LLypses are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law.

Note on Android purchases: The LLypses Desktop edition is sold through our third-party merchant of record. The LLypses Android edition is sold separately through the Google Play Store, and those purchases are processed by Google and additionally governed by the Google Play refund policy and Google's refund process. To request a refund for a Google Play purchase where one is available, use Google Play's built-in refund process.

2. This Is a One-Time Purchase — There Is No Subscription to Cancel

LLypses is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

There are no recurring charges.
There are no auto-renewals.
Your card is charged once, and never again by us for the same license.

Because there is no recurring billing, there is nothing to "cancel." Your license simply continues to work under the terms of your Agreement. If you ever see a claim that you need to "cancel a subscription" to LLypses to avoid future charges, that is incorrect — no such subscription or future charge exists.

3. Why We Cannot Offer Refunds on Delivered Keys

A license key, once issued, cannot be "returned." Unlike a physical product, we have no way to retrieve or de-issue software value that has already been delivered and activated. Instant, irreversible delivery is why digital-software purchases are treated as final. We keep our pricing fair and transparent, and we stand behind delivery and activation — see Section 4.

4. We Stand Behind the Product — Delivery & Activation Support

"No refunds" does not mean "no support." If something goes wrong with your purchase, we will make it right. Contact us at support@redwardenstudios.com and we will help if:

You did not receive your license key;
Your license key is invalid or will not activate;
You were charged more than once for the same order in error; or
You believe your purchase was the result of unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment method.

In these situations we will investigate and, as appropriate, re-issue a working license key, correct a duplicate charge, or otherwise resolve the problem. Our goal is that every paying customer ends up with a working product.

5. System Requirements Are Your Responsibility

Please confirm that your device meets the stated system requirements (for example, a supported version of Windows for the desktop app) and that you are able and willing to supply your own Third-Party AI Provider API keys, which the product requires to operate. Incompatibility that could have been determined from the published requirements before purchase is not grounds for a refund.

6. Chargebacks

If you experience a problem, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback on a license key that was successfully delivered and activated, rather than contacting us to resolve the issue, is a breach of your Agreement and may result in termination of your license and forfeiture of future support.

7. Consumers in the EU / UK

Where you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory "cooling-off" or withdrawal right for online purchases (such as the EU or UK), please note that this right generally does not apply to digital content that is supplied immediately with your consent. By purchasing LLypses and accepting immediate delivery of your license key, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law. This Policy does not limit any refund right that cannot be waived under the mandatory law that applies to you.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above.
