Acceptable Use Policy — Red Warden Studios

Applies to: LLypses desktop and mobile applications published by Red Warden Studios LLC.

1. Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of LLypses. It supplements, and is incorporated into, the LLypses Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. Where this AUP and the Terms conflict, this AUP controls with respect to permitted and prohibited use.

LLypses is a desktop application that provides an interface to third-party artificial intelligence models. You supply your own API keys for those services. Red Warden Studios LLC does not host, operate, train, or serve any AI model, and does not make API calls to any AI provider on your behalf. All prompts you submit and all content generated in response are transmitted directly from your device to the third-party provider whose key you have supplied, under your own agreement with that provider.

Your use of LLypses is therefore also governed by the usage policies of every AI provider whose key you configure, including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI, Groq, Mistral, Cohere, DeepSeek, Perplexity, and OpenRouter. Nothing in this AUP permits conduct that those providers prohibit.

2. Prohibited content — sexual and adult material

You may not use LLypses to generate, request, produce, store, display, transmit, or distribute:

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive images, video, audio, or text, whether photorealistic, illustrated, animated, or otherwise stylized.
Any sexualized depiction of a minor, or of any person depicted as a minor, in any medium or context. This is prohibited absolutely and without exception.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, including sexualized depictions of any identifiable real person created without that person's express consent.
Content intended to solicit, advertise, or facilitate sexual services.

This prohibition applies to every feature of LLypses, including any current or future feature capable of producing visual, audio, or textual output.

3. Prohibited content — impersonation and manipulated media

You may not use LLypses to generate or distribute:

Deepfakes, face swaps, or any manipulated likeness of an identifiable real person presented as authentic.
Synthetic audio, video, or imagery intended to impersonate a real individual or organization, or to deceive a viewer as to the authenticity or origin of the content.
Fabricated statements, endorsements, or communications attributed to real individuals, companies, or public bodies.
Forged identification documents, credentials, currency, official seals, or other instruments of identity or authority.

4. Prohibited content — harm, violence, and illegality

You may not use LLypses to generate, request, or distribute content that:

Provides instructions or material assistance for the creation of weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear agents.
Provides instructions or material assistance for violent, terrorist, or extremist acts, or that promotes, celebrates, or incites such acts.
Depicts gratuitous violence, gore, or cruelty for its own sake, or that promotes or facilitates cruelty to animals.
Harasses, bullies, threatens, defames, or targets any individual or group, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or veteran status.
Encourages, glorifies, or provides instructions for suicide, self-harm, disordered eating, or substance abuse.
Constitutes malicious code, exploits, malware, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, or tooling designed to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
Facilitates fraud, phishing, spam, scams, money laundering, or the sale of stolen data or credentials.
Violates the intellectual property rights of any third party, including by reproducing copyrighted works or generating counterfeit goods, trademarks, or branding.
Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

Use LLypses to provide an automated, resold, or white-labeled generation service to third parties.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any safety, moderation, or content filter applied by LLypses or by any AI provider whose services LLypses accesses.
Use LLypses to develop, train, or improve a competing AI model or service, except as permitted by applicable law.
Use LLypses in any manner that violates the terms of service of any third-party AI provider whose key you have configured.
Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or circumvent the licensing or protection mechanisms of LLypses, as further set out in the Terms of Service.

6. Your responsibility for generated content

Because generation occurs on your own provider account using your own API key, you are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and for any content produced. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before you use, publish, or distribute it, and for ensuring that any such use complies with this AUP, with the policies of the relevant AI provider, and with all applicable law.

AI models can produce inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or offensive output. Red Warden Studios LLC does not review, monitor, endorse, or retain your prompts or generated content, and does not receive, store, or transmit them at any time.

7. Reporting and enforcement

If you believe LLypses is being used in violation of this AUP, contact support@redwardenstudios.com.

Because LLypses is a locally installed application that does not transmit user content to Red Warden Studios LLC, we cannot monitor individual use. Where we become aware of a violation, we may take any action available to us, including suspending or terminating your license and any associated license keys without refund, and reporting unlawful conduct to the relevant AI providers and to law enforcement.

Violation of Section 2 of this policy will result in immediate and permanent termination of your license without refund.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of LLypses after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
